Jennifer Rennick is a licensed architect and certified energy analyst (CEA) on the Central Coast. She specializes in green building and energy efficient design. She has two businesses: one where she designs beautiful custom green homes - Jennifer Rennick Architecture & Design and a second where she utilizes her mathematical and building science skills as an energy, Title 24, and LEED consultant for residential and commercial projects with her business partner Andrea Pease - In Balance Green Consulting. Because of Jennifer's unique combination of skills - both architect and energy consultant - she is able to bring the elements of energy efficiency and passive solar design into her residential work and able to bring the art of architectural design and understanding to her work as an energy and LEED consultant when working with other architects, mechanical engineers, and lighting designers and engineers.
